MBTA CharlieCard Store Advisory Alert:

 

Effective on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, the MBTA CharlieCard Store have been closed in the Downtown Crossing Concourse due to the maintenance activity for the air conditioning until the further notice under these circumstances.

 

The MBTA CharlieCard Store have been moved for the temporary location area from the Downtown Crossing Concourse to the State Transportation building at 10 Park Plaza, Boston, MA in the 2nd Level Conference Room 6.

 

The MBTA CharlieCard Store Hours of the Operations will be remain in the regular hours of the operations at State Transportation Building.

 

T Riders are encouraged to get off either on Green Line trains stop at Boylston Station or Silver Line bus or Bus Route #11 or Orange Line train stops at Tufts Medical Station to walk down on Kneeland Street via Park Plaza area in about 10-15 minutes away.
