Jimmy Hui, President/Chief Executive Officer at The Jimmy Hui Foundation office is very pleased to announce that City of Quincy Election Department will be hosting for their primary election of the 2022 midterm election begins on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 to opens for the Quincy residents will be able to cast their vote on the ballot in the Ward 1 through Ward 6 neighborhoods here in the City of Quincy at anytime and anywhere during the polling hours of operations while in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic crisis.
The 2022 primary election will be taking place on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at 7:00 a.m. through 8:00 p.m. in all across the citywide from Ward 1 through Ward 6 neighborhood areas here in the City of Quincy.
Quincy Residents should be wearing face mask or face covering must be required in the order to enter at the polling stations during the polling hours of operations for the public health and safety on the COVID-19 protocols. Please bring your black or blue pen with you to the polling stations.
Residents, persons with disabilities and the citizens of Quincy are welcome to come in at anytime during the normal business hours of the operations at the polling stations whether if you are going to school, at work, at volunteering, on the lunch break or on the way home from errands, doctor's appointments, etc. as long as they can cast their vote on the ballot.
There are several candidate contenders from Republicans and Democratic parties: Governor of Massachusetts, Lieutenant Governor of Massachusetts, Attorney General, Secretary of State, State Auditor, State Treasurer, U.S. Congressman for District 8, Councillor for District 4, State Senator, State Representative, Norfolk County Sheriff, Norfolk County District Attorney and Norfolk County Commissioner on the ballot for the 2022 primary election.
One candidate contender will advances into the next round of the general election for the 2022 midterm election cycle on Tuesday, November 8, 2022. The 2022 midterm election winner will take an oath of the office to be administered begins in January 2023 where the ceremony will be taking place in their respective communities here in the state of Massachusetts.

Last call for the voters and undecided voters of Quincy residents should cast their vote at the polling stations no later than at 7:50 -- 7:55 p.m. before the poll closes at 8:00 p.m. to deliver an official 2022 midterm election for the general election results at the City Clerk's office.
Residents, persons with disabilities and the citizens of Quincy will cast their vote on the ballot box for the 2022 midterm early voting primary election on Saturday, August 27, 2022 and Sunday, August 28, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. -- 2:30 p.m. at North Quincy High School: Hunt Street Entrance, Quincy, MA and Monday, August 29, 2022 through Friday, September 2, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. -- 4:30 p.m. at Quincy City Hall: 1305 Hancock Street, Quincy, MA.
NO NEED TO COME BACK TO CAST YOUR VOTE AGAIN AT THE POLLING STATIONS ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 2022.
